Our House is Your House

Binghamton, NY – Broome County Executive Debbie Preston joins members of the Tri-Cities Opera, Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra, the Broadway Theater League and Binghamton Theater Organ Society to announce an Open House at the Forum Theatre.

“Our House is Your House” offers a unique invitation for music and theater lovers to visit the Forum Theatre and experience the view from the stage.  During the event guests may also 'test drive' Forum seats and purchase subscriptions to the sensational upcoming seasons of each performing arts group.

“The arts are a vital part of the fabric of our community,” says Broome County Executive Debbie Preston. “This event will not only give people a first-hand look of the stage at the Forum, but also a chance to choose their seat for an upcoming performance.”

The event will be Friday, October 2nd from 4:00 – 7:00 pm.

There will also be a display showcasing the Friends of the Forum, an independent organization dedicated to encouraging and serving the partnership between The Broome County Forum Theatre and the community.

Everyone is encouraged to stop in through the stage entrance on State Street and have a look at this historic theater.
