Social Services Receives Donation of Circus Tickets for Children
Binghamton, NY - Broome County Executive Debbie Preston joined Commissioner of Social Services Art Johnson to announce a generous donation of free tickets from the Kalurah Shriners for the Royal Hanneford Circus.
The Circus will be at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena Friday, April 29 through Sunday, May 1st.
The free tickets will be for the show on Saturday, April 30th at 10:30 am.
“We’re delighted that children who would not otherwise have the opportunity, get to go to the circus,” says Art Johnson, Commissioner of the Broome County Department of Social Services. “It’s exciting when the circus comes to town and that children will get the chance to attend.”
The Department of Social Services received about 275 free tickets that will be given out to children who are Broome County Social Services clients.
The tickets are on a first come, first served basis.
Children under 2 years of age are not required to have a ticket to attend the event.
To get your free tickets for the show, you can call Social Services at 778-2621.
The Department of Social Services sends a great many thanks to the Kalurah Shriners for their generosity!
